Through our Lodestar Mentorship Program, we aim to have Akkim executives support the personal and professional development of employees who are less experienced than them, and to ensure that the legacy of Akkim’s leadership culture and business approach are handed down to the next generations.Within the scoe of this program attended by our professional-level employees, we carry out supervision meetings with our “mentees” to discuss program areas that can be improved, and share good practices, and we aim to maintain optimal efficiency throughout the whole process.
