We determine the needs of our organization at the Human Resources Planning Meetings that we hold twice a year where we evaluate the potential and performance of our employees with the attendance of the entire executive team in a transparent and impartial environment, and we assess the possibilities of promotion, rotation, and change of position for all staff members.
Aside from the performance of our employees, we also closely monitor their personal development plans. We plan their training in accordance with their own development strategies and prioritize their training needs.
